DOSAGE
Adults: Take one capsule with a meal and one glass (250ml) of water three times daily.
CAUTIONS
Not recommended with anticoagulants or anti-platelet medications such as Warfarin.
Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.
Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
